How we handle your information.
Trove runs trove.build. This notice says what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
Updated
What we collect
When you book a demo: what you enter in the booking form (your name, email address and any notes or guests) and the time you pick.
When you email hello@trove.build (opens your email app): your message, your address and anything you attach.
When you visit: page totals from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as how often each page is viewed. It uses no cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are.
If you pause the site’s motion, your browser remembers that on your device. It isn’t sent to us.
Why we collect it
To schedule your demo, prepare for it and follow up with you. To answer your email. To see which pages people read, so we can improve the site.
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Cal.com runs our booking calendar and stores your booking (Cal.com’s privacy policy).
The page where you book a demo loads Cal.com’s booking calendar, which may set Cal.com’s own cookies.
Cloudflare hosts this site, forwards your email to our inbox and counts the page totals (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
Bookings and email then sit in the email account and calendar we work from.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and email while we’re in touch with you, and for up to 2 years after we last hear from you. Then we delete them.
Having it deleted
To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email hello@trove.build (opens your email app). We’ll reply within 30 days and confirm by email when it’s done.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
